Post void dribbling

Post-void dribbling (PVD), also known as post-micturition dribble, is the involuntary leakage of urine after urination has seemingly finished. It occurs when a small amount of urine remains in the urethra after the bladder is emptied and is then released after the individual has left the toilet. This can result in some part of the urine leaking into the undergarments, and bad odor or smell. Among other things, pelvic floor exercises can help.

Tight Qaudricep muscles cause the pelvis to be tipped forward resulting in posture imbalance which causes strain on the lower back muscles and hence lower back pain. This also results in posture imbalance, further aggravating the pain. Forward tipped pelvis is extremely common in people who remain in a seated position for long periods of time. These include office workers, drivers, among others.
